Welcoming baby Nora

This was my first time traveling to Biggar for a session, and I have to say I would love to go back again soon!First of all, this family was the sweetest. They welcomed me into their home and I felt comfortable right from the start. They were relaxed throughout their whole session, which made my job so easy. Newborn baby Nora was so sweet, and her big brother Jyles and big sister Callie gave her lots of attention. It was so special to see how much Callie loves her little sis, as she gave her kisses and lots of cuddles. Jyles may have gotten a bit distracted and just wanted to make faces at the camera, and I was ok with that too!Despite the fact that it was a rainy day, we ventured outside. This made me very happy because as I've said in the past, a little rain doesn't scare me! We went to a park with lots of trees and hoped that they would give us some shelter from the rain. Luckily it didn't rain too hard, and although we were a bit damp by the end of it, we had a lot of fun. The kids showed me their "fort" in the bushes, then they went for a stroll through the trees and cuddled on my quilt.The best part of this whole experience was that they have photos of some special moments as a family, playing together, laughing together, just being together. And that's is why I do what I do.
