Walter's In-Home Session | New Brunswick Lifestyle Photographer

This session was bittersweet for me. It was so wonderful to get to spend time with Jess, Heath, and Floyd again, and to meet their new addition Walter. But after four years of taking their photos, this was my last session with them as I move to New Brunswick.I'm so so happy that I got to meet Wally though, and to give them these beautiful memories as a new family of four. Of all their sessions, this was probably the most relaxed. Floyd wasn't all that into having his picture taken and just wanted to watch Paw Patrol and eat snacks, and Wally was a bit fussy at first. But we took our time and I did what I love best, just captured them as they were. It was real and it was special and it was perfect.This family has become more to me than just clients. They are my friends and I have many happy memories of time spent with them, both taking their photos and just hanging out. This job of mine allows me to do what I love, but it also gives me friends. From that first session following Jess and Heath across fields to their second newborn baby boy, it has all been wonderful and I'm so happy I got to experience it all with them.Thank you Jess and Heath, and all my other clients who became friends, for welcoming me into your lives and letting me be a part of them.
