Jocelyn, one month

Jocelyn and her mommy came from out of town for me to take her photos. A relative had graciously let us use her house, which turned out to have the most beautiful light despite it being a grey, snowy day.Baby Jocelyn was so tiny, even at a month old. It is so unbelievable how fast babies grow, and I am so happy that I was able to capture this age for her and her family.I could tell she was a bit out of her usual routine because she wasn't all that interested in sleeping. Mom had to do some magic and when she would drift off I got a few shots in before she stirred. Even though she kept waking up, I was able to catch some of those little newborn details that you never want to forget. Like big yawns, stretches and even a scrunchy face. And of course, I had to get some shots of her tiny toes (even though they were very wiggly!) and wispy hair.I want to thank Raelyn for bringing sweet baby Jocelyn to me. I feel so lucky to have met her and taken her photos. She is a lucky girl with big brothers to protect her and a family who loves her. I hope you like her photos! :)
